Payment Processing

  • Stripe to process payments
  • Supabase for secure data storage

Mobile Information.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in the "Data Sharing" section above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information collected through our SMS opt-in process is used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

The Soil Rich FFA Fundraiser Notifications SMS program sends recurring transactional messages to enrolled sellers about their fundraiser activity (welcome, first-sale, and milestone notifications). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Soil Rich text. Reply HELP for support, or contact info@soilrichbyjohn.com. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or program participation. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

  • Order information: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
  • Contact and newsletter data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • FFA program data: Retained for the duration of the chapter's participation plus 12 months.
  • Soil Rich Marketing app data: Analytics and content performance data collected through the Soil Rich Marketing app from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) is retained for up to 24 months. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Revoke the Soil Rich Marketing app's access to your platform account at any time through the respective platform's settings

Third-Party Applications

Soil Rich by John operates the Soil Rich Marketing application on third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Soil Rich Marketing app is used to publish and manage marketing content on behalf of Soil Rich by John.

The Soil Rich Marketing app accesses the following data from connected platform accounts:

  • User profile information: Display name, bio, follower and following counts, and verification status, used to verify proper posting configurations.
  • Video performance metrics: Views, likes, comments, shares, and engagement data on published content, used to optimize our marketing strategy.
  • Content publishing: The ability to upload and publish video content on behalf of the authenticated Soil Rich by John business account.

The Soil Rich Marketing app does not collect personal information from platform viewers or followers beyond what is provided through standard platform interactions. When you interact with our content on these platforms, the respective platform's privacy policy also applies. Any data collected through the Soil Rich Marketing app is subject to this Privacy Policy and is used solely for marketing and analytics purposes.
