Welcome to Soil Rich by John. By accessing our website (soilrichbyjohn.com), using our applications including the Soil Rich Marketing app, and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & Orders

  • All prices are in US dollars. The Complete System bundle ships FREE within the United States; single-product orders ship for a $12.99 flat rate.
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference. Natural products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
  • Orders are subject to product availability.

Pricing

Products are priced from $24.99 to $59.99 per bag. The Complete System bundle is $89.99 with FREE shipping included. Individual products ship for a $12.99 flat rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

The Complete System bundle ships FREE within the United States. Single-product orders ship for a $12.99 flat rate. We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather events.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

FFA Fundraiser Program

The FFA fundraiser program is subject to these additional terms:

  • Chapters must provide accurate school and advisor information.
  • Commission rates are based on cumulative sales and are subject to the published tier structure.
  • Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th of the following month.
  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
  • Fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the program.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: Soil Rich FFA Fundraiser Notifications.

Program description: Soil Rich by John sends transactional SMS notifications to enrolled FFA chapter sellers (and, where applicable, their parents or guardians) related to their participation in our fundraiser program. Three types of messages are sent:

  • A one-time welcome text containing the seller's personal referral link upon enrollment.
  • A first-sale celebration text when a seller's first attributed order completes.
  • Cumulative milestone texts at $100, $250, $500, and $1,000 in attributed sales.

Message frequency: Recurring messages tied to seller activity. Typical seller receives 1 to 6 messages over the course of a fundraiser cycle. Frequency varies by sales volume.

Message and data rates may apply.Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Soil Rich by John does not charge for the SMS itself; however, your carrier may.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any Soil Rich text to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from this program. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to that number.

Consent:You will only receive SMS from this program if you (or, for minors, your parent or guardian) have explicitly opted in via the Soil Rich FFA portal or parent opt-in landing page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or program participation. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-Party Platform Applications

Soil Rich by John operates the Soil Rich Marketingapplication to publish and manage content on third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. By interacting with content published through the Soil Rich Marketing app, you agree to both these Terms of Service and the respective platform's terms of use. Content published through the Soil Rich Marketing app is owned by Soil Rich by John and is subject to the intellectual property protections described below. The Soil Rich Marketing app is operated solely by Soil Rich by John and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product names (PREP, BOOST, FEED, Moocrobe, Soil Rich by John), are the property of Soil Rich by John and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Soil Rich by John provides soil amendment products for gardening use. Results may vary based on soil conditions, climate, and application methods. We make no guarantees of specific gardening outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
