We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Soil Rich purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Return Policy

Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original, sealed packaging.

Opened products: If you've tried the product and aren't satisfied, contact us. We'll work with you on a solution — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
